I got Adobe LightRoom today - I like the PP it can do on the photos and I really like the idea of the galleries it creates. What I don’t like is I have no idea how to save the photos I create, or use the galleries online. This is my goal for next week. To learn to use LightRoom better. NEXT week though. I have two exams on Monday and then I am free for a while! Until then, I give you a not post processed Yellow Flower.
I haven’t gone anywhere terribly exciting, so I’m stuck practicing on the flowers around here!
I went out last night to work on my night time picture taking skills. I didn’t come across anything terribly interesting to photograph, but I’m pleased with my results, even if they aren’t super exciting. As an aside, apparently our complex changed to door codes and I was LOCKED OUT until some nice person came and let me back in!
This photo has an exposure of 30 seconds. A LONG time!
It really is a plane. It was flying over my head at the park. I like how clear the sky looks and the vibrant colours of the plane.
This one is in a bit better focus!
I forgot to mention - my Wednesday flowers are some of the first photos I took with my new camera! It was very different from point and shoot, I have a lot to learn. So please excuse any out of focus and bad stuff for the next little while!
My new camera is a Nikon D40 with the kit lense 18-55mm.
I’d like to take out the brown dead flowers… I guess I’ll work on that with photoshop.
This one I just kind of like… I know technically it is likely very bad!
